We offer two models for our labour outsourcing services and labour solutions:

Staff reports directly into the management structures of the client, facilitating direct integration with permanent employees while offering the flexibility of using outsourced labour only when required. Supercare takes care of placements, attendance, discipline and payment while the client oversees the performance of the assigned daily tasks.
Supercare takes responsibility for the client’s entire production and staffing requirements. In this scenario, staff reports to the management structure recruited and installed by our labour outsourcing division.

All labour outsourcing services can be placed on a fixed or flexible term labour contract with additional staff provided for special projects or seasonal peaks. We also provide labour outsourcing solutions for both contract and permanent staff, with all candidates screened and reference checked, and, if required, police and credit checked.
