Isikhonyane Cleaning was established in 1996 as a joint venture between the Supercare Cleaning Group and SARHWU Investment Holdings. In 2002, Isikhonyane Cleaning merged with Zonkesizwe Cleaning and established itself as an associate company within the Supercare Services Group headed by Sandile Zungu.

Isikonyane operates on a national basis with its head office in Johannesburg and regional offices in Kwa-Zulu Natal, Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Pretoria. SETA accredited services include Cleaning, Hygiene, Pest Management, Specialised Cleaning as well as the addition of 4 National Training Centres.

Within their national operational infrastructure, Isikonyane has a work force in excess of 1200 staff.
