  • 2.54% of leviable amount (Skills Development Levy) spend was on training in 2010/11
  • 77% of total training spend on black employees
  • 80% of training spend (of black employees) was utilised specifically for black female employees in relation to skills development and managerial development purposes to further assist in Affirmative Action measures and targets to improve the representation of black females at all levels  
  • With the assistance of Services SETA, Supercare has identified previously disadvantaged employees for further study who have then been granted bursaries and paid time off to attend managerial development studies at a university level in order to enhance managerial skills
  • Supercare has achieved full allocation of points in the Skills Development Scorecard for Learnerships and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) initiatives in the BBBEE Scorecard.
