FEDHASA
The Federated Hospitality Association of South Africa, (FEDHASA) is a member driven section 21 company (Registration No. 1949/035000/08), which functions both as a Trade Association and an Employers' Association. In its role as a Trade Association, FEDHASA represents its member’s interests in both public and private sectors, economic, business as well as environmental forums.
FEDHASA is recognised by both the private sector and Government as the official representative of the South African Hospitality industry. The Association, as the established voice of industry, represents the interests of South African Hotels, restaurants, conference centers, caterers, self-catering accommodation, home hosting establishments (B&B's and guest houses), clubs, taverns, shebeens, suppliers and trainers, consultants and service providers to the hospitality industry.

South African Bureau of Standards (SABS)
SABS is an internationally recognised Certification Body providing reliable standardisation frameworks, consisting of the development of standards, certification of systems and product and testing of commodities within South Africa.
SABS is one of the Top 10 Standards Development Bodies in the World accredited nationally (by SANAS) and internationally (by RvA) and is a founding member of ISO. SABS Commercial (Pty) Ltd is also a satiated member of the Southern African Association of Certification Bodies and an active member of ISO Technical Committee (TC176 – ISO 19001:2000 and TC 207 – ISO 14001:2004.)

SERVICES SETA
Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETA) is a governing body established in terms of the Skills Development Act. Services SETA is responsible for disbursement of training levies payable by all employers, collected by the South African Revenue Service via the Department of Labour and then disbursed through a management system motivated by skills requirement assessment and monitoring.
Services SETA is responsible for ensuring that the skill requirements of the sector are identified and that adequate and appropriate skills are readily available. Education and training are provided subject to validation and quality assurance and must meet agreed standards within a national framework.
