Supercare Services Group (Pty) Ltd was formed after the restructuring of the Fidelity Services Group in 2005. This restructuring facilitated the sale of 25% of shareholding to the Zungu Investment Company and 25% to the management of the Supercare Services Group. The remaining 50% is shared between RMB Corvest, Dickerson Investments and Supercare Employee Share Trust.
During 2008 the Supercare Employee Share Trust was established to enable employees to participate in the equity of the company.
